Well, it's about time! I have had a restart this week and am excited to delve back into my lifestyle that God showed me years ago (see Testimony post).
"You're making it too hard", God said. "You're too hard on yourself", He said.
And He's right...He is always right.
Starting early last week I had been meditating on this everyday for a week...EVERYday I found my quiet place, physically and mentally, and meditated, prayed, begged, thought, talked, cried, and bargained.
Slowly, day by day, He helped my weed out the past several years of blog reading, youtube watching, and expert advice giving... and just meditate on Him and me.
Finally, a switch flipped couple of days ago....an "ah ha" moment... my brain did a flip.
I had backtracked and lost sight of what He wants for me concerning my health. Turn around and start from the beginning.
So I did. I am.
